REDUCED SERVICES DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER


Due to the severe weather we are experiencing - Aldergate Medical Practice will be running a reduced service.  We ask that patients only attend the surgery if absolutely necessary due to safety concerns.

Referral Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR REFERRAL

When you were referred you would have been supplied with some paperwork to book your appointment.

If you have not received an appointment confirmation in approximately 4 weeks, you need to contact the hospital or service you have chosen and ask for “appointments”, to check on your referral.

If the service concerned has not received the referral for you, please contact the Practice on 01827 219843.

If you wish to change your appointment, you will need to contact the hospital or service concerned.

If you have queries about your referral and the hospital or service has not addressed them, please contact PALS, the Patient Advice and Liaison Service, who will help to resolve the problem.

 

THE PRACTICE CANNOT HELP WITH PROBLEMS WHERE THESE INITIAL STEPS HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWED.
