REDUCED SERVICES DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER

Due to the severe weather we are experiencing - Aldergate Medical Practice will be running a reduced service.  We ask that patients only attend the surgery if absolutely necessary due to safety concerns.

Patient Participation Group

patient survey

Aldergate Medical Practice is dedicated to our patients and their needs.

To this end, we have a Patient Participation Group (PPG) that meets regularly to discuss Practice business, possible service changes and future considerations. (Please note the PPG is not a forum for raising complaints or other similar issues).

If you would like more information about the PPG or would like to join, please send an e-mail to the practice:

What is the Virtual Patient Participation Group?
